I graduated from the British College of Osteopathy and Naturopathy — now BCOM — in 1991, and I've been practising here in Witham ever since. Osteopathy and naturopathy were my first training; acupuncture came later, and I've now been doing it for more than 25 years. All of it sits under the same roof because, in practice, the three disciplines answer different sides of the same question: what's actually going on in this body, and what will help it settle?
I'm a member of the General Osteopathic Council, which means I'm on the statutory register and complete 30 hours of approved continuing education every year. I'm also a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society. The letters after the name are the boring version of a simple idea: if you come to me, you're seeing someone who is properly trained, properly registered, and properly accountable.
The clinic itself is small on purpose. Two purpose-built treatment rooms and a quiet waiting area — no call centre, no chain, no rotating locum. I see every patient myself, and I give the appointment the time it actually needs. A first consultation is not a ten-minute slot; it's a thorough assessment so that whatever we do next is based on something real.

Plain pricing
£85 for a first consultation, £70 for subsequent treatments. Cosmetic acupuncture is £120 a session. IDD Therapy is £95 for a new patient consultation and £85 per session.

My baby, aged 4 months, was unable to lift his head and seemed to be uninterested in the world around him. We were very concerned about him and the doctors were perplexed by his condition.
