Dietary counselling and naturopathic support, usually worked into an existing course of osteopathic treatment rather than sold on its own.

Non-surgical treatment for herniated or bulging discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, and chronic back or neck pain. Delivered as a programmed course on the Accu SPINA machine.

Denise Varley
D.O., N.D., MBMedAS
I graduated from the British College of Osteopathy and Naturopathy in 1991 and have been running the clinic here in Witham for the decades since. My training is in osteopathy and naturopathy, and over the years I've added 25+ years of acupuncture practice on top. I'm registered with the General Osteopathic Council and complete 30 hours of approved continuing education every year — not because I have to tick a box, but because the job deserves it.
The clinic is small on purpose. Two purpose-built treatment rooms and a proper waiting area mean I can give each appointment the time it needs.
